We have extensive experience investigating damage to structures, including collapsed and partially collapsed structures. We will provide an opinion on the cause and origin of the damage, and opine on the scope of work required to restore the structure to its pre-loss condition. Our design experience and knowledge of the past, as well as the currently adopted building codes, allow us to also opine on the additional scope of work, if required, to comply with the structural requirements of the currently adopted building code.
